30-Day Return Policy

At Happy Nooke™, you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in perfect condition — unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@happynooke.com. After your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions and the return shipping address. Please note that items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs will be shared equally between Happy Nooke™ and the customer. This means you will be responsible for half of the return shipping fees.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at returns@happynooke.com so we can make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

  • Gift cards cannot be returned.

  • Sale items can only be returned if defective or damaged; otherwise, they are non-returnable.

  • Our current collections include Kitchen, Wine & Bar, Bathroom, Bedroom, Dining Room, Living Room, Home Office, and Pet Supplies.

  • At this time, we do not offer personalized or custom products. If personalized items become available in the future, they may have specific return policies.

Exchanges

The quickest way to receive the item you want is to return the product you have and place a new order once your return is accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must be returned in original condition with tags and packaging intact, and you must provide proof of purchase.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of your refund status. If approved, refunds will be processed automatically via the original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
